We're looking forward to another great year with a full day of training, always popular vendor show, huge lunch raffle, and of course... catered BBQ from Lombardi's!

Space is limited to 35 to 40 tables! Please Register by 8/1/23. Payment due by 8/17/23. An online registration in an RSVP and is a commitment to pay.  Registration is intended for vendors in the Water & Wastewater industry and subject to approval by the administrators.

Registration

If you would like to pay by check, please register online, print out invoice and mail with check to PO Box 3475, Santa Rosa, CA 95402. 


Table assignments will be given to you by August 1st. Please email us at WineCountryWWA@yahoo.com with any special requests with us such as: preferred location, who you want or don’t want to be next to, power needs, etc. Not all booths are near power outlets, so please bring your own extension cords and power strips if electricity is required for your display. 

Raffle & Sponsorships

We will be having a raffle at lunch with all proceeds going towards our scholarship fund. Please bring a raffle prize marked with your name and company information if you would like to participate!

Additional Information 

In order to accommodate the demand for more vendors, our booths will be limited to the 8’ tabletop only. If you want additional space to display equipment on the floor, we recommend paying for 2 tables.
